The role requires 3+ years of advisory/fee-based investment and insurance sales, with 5+ years preferred; Life, Health and Variable Insurance license and Series 7/63/66 or 65 are required, CFP/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advisory/fee based investment and insurance sales, growing a thriving book of business of $250,000 or more.
• 5+ years of advisory/fee based investment and insurance sales, growing a thriving book of business of $400,000 or more.
• Must have Life, Health and Variable Insurance License; Series 7; Series 63/66 or Series 65; CFP and CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using a holistic financial planning approach, analyze clients' needs and objectives and recommend investments and insurance solutions.
• Achieve objectives related to advisory business, financial planning, insurance and other key metrics.
• Nurture strong relationships with sales team members to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure timely transaction documentation and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with banking and Wealth Management teams to provide comprehensive Private Client, Investment, Bank, and Trust services.
