Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc., via its Keefe Commissary Network division, is seeking team members for a full-time, on-site operations role inside a correctional facility. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with early hours and overtime potential as needed.

You will work closely with an Operations Manager, cross-train across distribution tasks, and have opportunities to specialize in areas of the operation while supporting a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work in a correctional facility environment.
• Basic computer and Office program familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store product in the onsite warehouse.
• Select products for orders and assist in delivery.
• Manage inventory and correct stock levels.
• Maintain planogram for vending machines at client facilities.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and support team needs.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 5:00am - until done

This position is onsite located within a jail/correctional facility and you will work around inmates. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day. We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational correctional facility servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product into the onsite warehouse.
• Select product for individual orders and assisting in the delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Inventory and maintaining the planogram of vending machines at client facilities.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
