Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., seeks operations team members to join a fast-paced distribution operation inside a correctional facility. Schedule is Monday–Friday, hours 7:00am until done, with opportunities for cross-training and area specialization.

This essential role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service. DailyPay is available; benefits start on day one, and the employer is veteran-friendly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (MS Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday to Friday, 7:00am until done, inside a correctional facility.
• Cross-train across distribution departments and potential specialization area.
• Assist in handing out products to inmates and maintain a clean workspace.
• Other duties as determined by the business needs.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00am - until done

***This position is located within a correctional facility and would be working around inmates.***

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one. We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational correctional facility servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Must be able to work on your feet throughout the duration of a shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have great customer service skills
• Inventory handling experience is a plus
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
• Retail, grocery or warehouse experience is a plus
• Handing out products to inmates

Compensation

Competitive pay

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
