Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking operations team members for a correctional facility role. The position offers an $18.00/hour wage with regular pay and advancement opportunities. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, located inside a jail/correctional facility.

Responsibilities include delivering products to canteens, assisting with inventories, and maintaining ACA/AJA standards. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Familiarity with computers and MS Office programs preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Delivering product to canteens at correctional facilities under supervision of a correctional officer.
• Assist onsite manager with completing monthly canteen inventories.
• Maintain clean, orderly spaces and comply with ACA & AJA standards when applicable.
• Attend orientation, annual security trainings, and keep required certifications current.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Contribute to a safe, secure, and professional work environment.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed by the business.
• Provide good customer service in all interactions.
• Utilize Excel and Word to manage records and reports.

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a correctional environment.

Our positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees.

7:30am - 4:00pm

Location

• This position is located within a jail/correctional facility and would be working around inmates.

Responsibilities

• Delivering product to canteens at specified correctional facilities with the supervision of a correctional officer in a timely and efficient manner following all rules and regulations
• Assisting onsite manager with completion of monthly canteen inventories
• Maintaining all areas/equipment/products in a neat, clean, and orderly manner and maintaining American Correctional Association & American Jail Association standards/guidelines when applicable
• Attend orientation and training, annual on-site security classes and remain current in certifications as required by the Facility.
• Follow all the policies and procedures
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
• Must have good customer service kills
• Need to have experience with using Excel and Word
• Must be able to work outdoors

Compensation

• Hourly compensation
• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
