Harris ML Group is seeking a trained and experienced floor care technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining floor cleanliness across various contracts and requires travel to Tifton, Valdosta, and Albany.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and commute to Tifton/Valdosta/Albany.
• Must have at least 1 year of continuous floor care experience.
• Ability to verify experience with video or photos of completed work.
• General custodial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate contract guidelines and requests.
• Willing to travel to service areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of hard floors and carpet areas.
• Using proper floor care techniques to strip, wax, scrub, buff, and polish floors as needed/required.
• Safely operate all floor care machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Adhere to all safety, risk management, and compliance agreements as required.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of hard floors and carpet areas.
• Using proper floor care techniques to strip, wax, scrub, buff, and polish floors as needed/required
• Safely operate all floor care machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
• Adhere to all safety, risk management, and compliance agreements as required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 yrs. old
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to commute. This position requires travel to the areas of: Tifton/Valdosta/Albany
• Must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate contract guidelines and request
  • You will be responsible for adhering to and maintaining the cleaning schedule based on the specific contract of each facility
  • You may receive short notice floor care request outside the specific cleaning schedule based on the real time needs of the facility
• Must have at least 1 year of continuous floor care experience
• Must be able to verify experience and provide proof of work with video/pics of completed work
• General custodial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Pay

• Pay is determined by the following:
• • Sq footage of floor to be cleaned
  • Predetermined labor time, subject to change as needed
  • Equipment used (Technician owned equipment vs. utilizing Harris ML Group company equipment)
  • Other factors can be considered prior to signing of contract agreement
