GE Appliances, a Haier company, welcomes rising sophomores and juniors to join our Commercial Year-Round Co-op program in Louisville, KY. Start May 2027 with part-time hours during Fall & Spring and potential for more in Summer. The program offers exposure to Retail, National Accounts, Owner Channel, and more.

Co-ops will interact with senior leaders, participate in professional development, and have the chance to interview for a full-time role post-graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field.
• Must hold and maintain a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA.
• Must graduate May 2028 or later (must be enrolled throughout duration of internship).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required; we will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Co-op assignments across Retail or Contract National Account Sales, Direct Sales, Owner Channel, eCommerce, Lead Generation, Parts Sales, Marketing & Brand, Consumer Insights (data-analytics skills needed), Sales Operations, Training, Pricing Analytics, among other teams.
• Work with commercial leaders and attend professional development sessions.
• Contribute to business objectives in Marketing, Sales, and Owner Channel organizations.
• Maintain part-time hours (20–25 hrs/week during Fall & Spring; potential for increased Summer hours).
• Prepare for possible full-time interview post-graduation.
