Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks an experienced Commercial Waterproofing Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead projects from estimating through closeout. This hands-on PM role requires understanding waterproofing and building-envelope construction and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial waterproofing/building-envelope experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, billing, change orders, and profitability.
• Strong estimating, takeoffs, blueprint-reading, and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and bid commercial waterproofing projects, including blueprint review, takeoffs, pricing, proposals, budgets, and contract review.
• Manage multiple active projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Superintendents, Foremen, field crews, and other trades.
• Manage schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, monthly billing, Schedule of Values, and project profitability.
• Monitor field execution, productivity, quality, and overall project performance.
• Maintain strong GC/customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
