Holman Upfitting in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Supervisor to lead our warranty team and oversee claims, repair orders, and vendor relationships. The role focuses on resolving warranty concerns, ensuring timely repairs, and delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warranty/ service operations, strong leadership, and a passion for process improvement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading warranty operations, service operations, or warranty programs within commercial vehicle-focused environments.
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching, and developing employees, including remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• OEM warranty experience preferred.
• Experience managing warranty claims, repair orders, service vendors, and customer escalations.
• Strong understanding of KPI reporting, performance management, and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze warranty trends and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain warranty decisions, processes, and costs to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand service, repair, and warranty-related issues.
• Experience with service management, CRM, or warranty tracking systems (Spiceworks, Salesforce).
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Track departmental KPIs and drive accountability, performance, and operational efficiency across the team.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, provide coaching and performance feedback, and support employee development.

Holman Upfitting in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Supervisor to lead our warranty team supporting commercial vehicle, truck equipment, and vocational upfit operations. This role oversees warranty claims, repair order administration, vendor relationships, and customer issue resolution.

This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, service providers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure warranty concerns are resolved accurately, repairs are completed in a timely manner, and customers receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, a strong understanding of warranty and service operations, and a passion for process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Strong understanding of KPI reporting, performance management, and process improvement.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
