Job summary

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Trucking Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a remote, work-from-home role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial auto/liability claims with trucking focus, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

We support remote equipment and offer strong benefits. As a claims adjuster with CBCS, you will manage bodily injury claims, apply relevant laws, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a commercial auto/liability adjuster focusing on trucking.
• Knowledge of claims laws/regulations for commercial auto/trucking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle bodily injury and property damage claims for trucking customers.
• Investigate, adjust, and settle claims with minimal disclosure.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and defense counsel as needed.

Location: Work from Home

We are currently looking for experienced commercial auto liability adjusters with a strong background in trucking and transportation claims (experience with bodily Injury claims required).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial auto/liability claims adjuster, with a focus on trucking and transportation claims.
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims laws and regulations specific to commercial auto and trucking industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
