Job summary

The Larson Group Peterbilt in Florida is seeking an experienced Service Porter to join our dynamic service shop. You will help maintain, clean, and prep vehicles for pickup after repairs, and may perform minor repairs under supervision.

This safety-sensitive role requires attention to detail and a courteous approach with customers. We offer paid time off, holidays, medical/dental and basic life insurance, a 401K with employer contributions, and a bi-weekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Class A or B CDL.
• Motor Vehicle Record must adhere to TLG MVR guidelines.
• A mechanical aptitude is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
• Must be friendly and courteous to all customers.
• Keep company vehicles clean, properly maintained and prepped for pickup.
• Ensures Shop area is cleaned and properly maintained.
• May at times conduct minor repairs as directed.
• Assist parts and service department as needed.
