SRQ Auto LLC in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Commercial Truck & Fleet Technician to diagnose, repair, and prepare heavy vehicles for daily operations. Earn up to $51/hour, with monthly performance bonuses and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive or commercial vehicle repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with commercial trucks, cargo vans, fleet vehicles, or medium-duty trucks preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel commercial vehicles
• Perform comprehensive mechanical and safety inspections
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and engine concerns
• Accurately identify repair needs and recommend solutions
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with reconditioning and service teams to keep inventory moving

Compensation
