Domino's Pizza in Louisiana seeks a Commercial Truck Driver - Class A CDL to safely operate a CMV on established routes, delivering and unloading products to Domino’s stores and performing yard duties as needed.

The role offers competitive pay with hourly wages $30-$31.70, sleeper berth and call-in bonuses, and Company and Safety bonuses. Drivers are home weekly and routes may be solo or team.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

The Commercial Truck Driver - Class A CDL will s afely operate a company commercial motor vehicle (CMV) on established routes to deliver and unload products while providing outstanding customer service to Domino’s store locations. This position may also include yard duties, such as shuttling tractors and trailers, repositioning trailers within the yard, and backing trailers to dock doors.

Pay & Compensation:

Pay: $30-31.70 /hr based on number of years of verifiable driving experience

• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

Schedule & Route Details:

• Runsolo and team routes(team routes may run up to20-30 hours)
• Deliver to stores inLA, GA, and FL
• Unload product at store locations and return empty trays/carts to the Supply Chain Center
• Operate inmountain and variable weather conditions, including snow and winter driving
• Occasionally shuttle or position trailers at dock doors
• Maintain safety standards and wear proper PPE at all times
• Drivers are home weekly
• Must be open to working any 5 day schedule Sunday - Friday; including holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drive, Deliver, and Unload Product

· Safely operate assigned trucks on designated routes to deliver products to Domino’s stores, either independently or as part of a team. Overnight travel may be required.

· Safely unload dough trays and products using side or rear lift gates, transfer dough to dollies as needed, and handle roll carts with rear lift gate systems.

· Verify dough, trailer, and store cooler temperatures at each stop and ensure delivery accuracy.

· Rotate existing inventory and place delivered products in the appropriate cooler areas.

· Return empty trays, cages, and carts to the Supply Chain Center.

· Reposition and secure remaining products, trays, and carts within the trailer after each delivery.

· Deliver professional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.

· Perform additional duties as assigned, including warehouse support, trailer loading, yard operations, or other business-related tasks.

· Comply with Domino’s policies and procedures, including the Transportation Safety policy, DrOP Manual, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.

· Adhere to Domino’s uniform and appearance standards.

Administrative and Safety Compliance

· Verify and secure loads prior to dispatch.

· Ensure required safety equipment is present and in proper working conditions before dispatch.

· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic vehicle maintenance, including refueling, visual inspections, and reporting maintenance concerns.

· Complete required safety training, testing, and meetings by established deadlines.

· Comply with electronic logging device (ELD) and DOT requirements.

· Maintain accountability for assigned vehicle, product, and equipment.

· Complete required documentation, including DVIRs, trip sheets, load assessment forms, and other records, in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

· Accurately record all hours worked using the Company timekeeping system in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum six months of verifiable CMV driving experience; one year preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement required.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical Certificate.
• Must maintain eligibility to operate a Company vehicle by meeting all Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.
• Strong navigation skills and proficiency using GPS and route-planning applications.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical examination.
• Must successfully pass a background check every three years in accordance with Company policy.
• Must successfully complete and pass required drug screenings and submit to required screening and testing when scheduled, where applicable.
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods; regularly lift 50 lbs., push, and pull products and equipment weighing up to 500 lbs.; and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and climbing in and out of tractor-trailer cabs.
• Must be able to safely operate and maneuver hand trucks, liftgates, and other material-handling equipment in support of loading, unloading, and delivery activities.
• Work is performed in a variety of environments, including refrigerated areas (33°F to 38°F), outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and loud machinery and equipment. Drivers must safely perform job duties in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
