Job summary

You will operate a commercial vehicle, secure cargo, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain ELD logs and delivery paperwork, and act as a professional representative during client drop-offs and pickups.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 25 to operate heavy or extra heavy units.
• 2+ years of driving experience operating similar units or equipment.
• Clean MVR with no disqualifying points (6+ points in past 3 years makes candidate ineligible).
• Must hold CDL and MEC as part of the qualifications.

Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in our supply chain, ensuring on-time deliveries while strictly adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) safety compliance guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSafe Operations: Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.Cargo Security: Inspect cargo before and after transport to ensure it is secure, correctly loaded, and within legal weight limits.Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report any mechanical issues immediately.Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork.Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of our company during client drop-offs and pickups.Hiring & Experience RequirementsMinimum Age: Must be at least 25 years old to operate Heavy or Extra Heavy units.Driving Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience operating similar units or equipment is required.MVR Point Limit: Candidates must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
