Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking CDL commercial truck drivers for a long-distance mapping and data-collection program in the United States. The role involves frequent multi-state travel, overnight layovers, and a two-shift schedule. You will support sensor readiness, basic field-operator tasks, and comply with DOT regulations.

This field operations position requires strict adherence to planned rotations and safety protocols. Training, certification, and verification processes are part of the onboarding.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Enrollment in a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing program, including pre-employment and random testing.
• Valid medical qualification, including a DOT medical card or medical examiner’s certification.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting standard lookback requirements (past three years).
• Employment history verification in accordance with standard DOT hiring practices.
• Ability and willingness to operate long-distance, multi-state routes with overnight travel.
• Availability and comfort working a two-shift operation (morning or late evening/night).

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles on long-distance, multi-state routes in accordance with dispatch instructions.
• Follow assigned route plans, shift schedules, and rotation calendars.
• Support overnight layovers as required, including up to five consecutive days away from home, utilizing a designated secure parking network.
• Perform sensor hygiene and cleaning as part of pre-trip readiness, including lenses and exterior sensor surfaces.
• Execute basic reboot and reset procedures when requested by dispatch, following provided instructions only (no independent technical troubleshooting).
• Complete all required checklists and readiness confirmations as trained.
• Complete client-provided training and certification (approximately two weeks) delivered through the client’s LMS.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting mapping, data-collection, fleet technology, telematics, or other specialized route-driving programs
• Familiarity with long-haul operational discipline, including the use of secure truck parking networks and adherence to structured parking procedures
