Responsibilities

• Advising customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title issues prior to closing for commercial transactions.
• Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title issues.
• Following standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understanding how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
• Impacting the team through the quality of support provided.
• Recognizing and solving typical problems; selecting solutions from established options.
• Communicating moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Working under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach.
• Managing your own workload as an individual contributor.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by management.
