This role is essential to determining the legal condition of property titles and may operate within a production center, branch office, or as part of a collaborative title team. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring accuracy and legal compliance throughout the title review process.

Required Skills & Experience

• -5+ years of Commercial Title Examination experience
• -Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property title
• -Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
• -Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
• -Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
• -Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
