Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger vehicles and commercial trucks; CTS certification may be required for large trucks.
• Perform tire repairs and other services in shop and on mobile calls.
• Inspect vehicles and complete tire inspections; suggest additional services when needed.
• Conduct fleet inspections, scrap tire analysis, and dispatch-related duties as applicable.
• Communicate issues to management and recommend solutions.
• Maintain inventory of tires, parts, and supplies; keep trucks/tools in good condition.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and check fluid levels in service vehicles and air compressors.
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly; operate vehicles safely and per policies.
• Follow PPE procedures and participate in required training to maintain certifications.
