Job summary

Heartland Tire is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to provide service and repair of commercial vehicle tires. The role reports to the Service Manager within the Service department and involves on-site work at customer locations or shop facilities.

You will diagnose tire issues, perform tire repairs or replacements, and participate in related brake, suspension, and lubrication services. The position emphasizes safety, customer-focused service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment,

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers with a We Can Do That attitude.
• Safely operate and properly maintain an automotive service truck.
• Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs and/or replacements.
• Determine whether tires are repairable and make recommendations to customers.
• Remove tires for retreading or repair.
• Sell and perform other services on commercial vehicles such as brakes, suspension, axle work, oil and lubrication services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment.
• Treat all teammates, customers, vendors with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
