Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Alabama is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, and to perform TPMS calibration and wheel servicing in a fast-paced store environment.

You will support customers with product recommendations, drive service efficiency, and work with the team to meet sales and service goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proven customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment and lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach/rebalance wheels; install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/road service.
• Promote store sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain and use equipment; assist other employees.
