Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Idaho is hiring a Commercial Tire Service Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and sales of commercial tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies.

You will perform tire installation, rotation, TPMS calibration, wheel work, and offsite support, with on-the-job training offered. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 35-75 lbs required; strong customer service and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing/rebuilding TPMS and calibration
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services
Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales, using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
