The role requires strong communication with customers and coworkers, the ability to read work orders, and the capacity to lift heavy tires regularly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and verify work orders.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on commercial vehicles.
• Assess and troubleshoot tire needs for effective solutions.
• Inspect tires and vehicles for additional issues or maintenance needs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool care.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
