Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install, service, and maintain commercial tires and wheels. You will deliver top-tier customer service while following company policies and safety guidelines across locations.

You will perform tire installation, rotation, TPMS calibration, wheel balancing, and offsite service as needed. The role offers on-the-job training, a competitive hourly wage, and a benefits package including medical, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills for rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds and regular bending.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalance wheels.
Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS.
Washing tires and wheels.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside work.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license
excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
