Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to handle tire installation, maintenance, and sales while delivering outstanding customer service per company policy.

The role includes on-the-job training, opportunities to work with tires and wheels, TPMS calibration, and offsite road service support as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds and bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS systems.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite work and emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales under the Best Tire Value Promise.

Job Description: Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Pay and Benefits
