Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, and service TPMS systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role involves driving service vehicles for offsite and emergency work, promoting store sales, and working in a fast-paced environment with focus on safety and quality. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting (35–75 lbs), bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
