Les Schwab in Evanston, WY is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will ensure high-quality service, follow company policies and uphold the Code of Conduct.

The role includes installing tires and wheels, repairing and rebalancing, TPMS calibration, and assisting customers to promote the Best Tire Value Promise. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles to ensure proper operation.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
