Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Burns, OR is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install, rotate, repair, and service commercial tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will calibrate TPMS, rebalance wheels, and perform on-site/off-site service as required, with physical demands and a fast-paced work environment. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to lift 35-75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work in a rapidly changing shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles as needed.
• Assist customers and promote store offers/best value.
• Calibrate TPMS and assist with battery testing/installation.

Job Description:Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
