Job summary

Border Tire in Paramount, CA is seeking a Commercial Tire Salesperson to build client relationships and drive growth. You will advise customers, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions across our tire range.

You’ll develop sales plans, present product demonstrations, and stay informed on market trends. Requires 2–3 years in tire sales, bilingual preferred, and strong MS Office/CRM skills. Competitive commission and base salary with benefits offered.

Qualifications

Two - three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required).
In-depth knowledge of the commercial tire market in California.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR record.
Must maintain a clean driving record and be insurable under the company policy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
