Hilton Orlando is looking for a Commercial Systems Analyst to join their team in the Sales and Marketing Department! The Hilton Orlando is set over 26 acres and is near the major theme parks and International Drive.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Commercial area or Front Office Operations or a strong analytical mind-set, is proficient in Microsoft Office system, Delphi or Salesforce, with excellent communication and an attention to details. ONQ, STAR, Knowland or Demand360 knowledge is preferred.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

What will I be doing?
  • To support the Sales and Events departments by managing the Salesforce system and ensuring accuracy on room block and function/event/catering space as we all analyzing data.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and sales targets.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes with data-driven models.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
  • Complete Month End Reporting and Processes for close of month for commercial leaders (Group Sales, Revenue Management, Catering & Events and Marketing).
  • Prepare dashboards and key visuals for performance metrics (graphs, tables)
  • Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports and summaries for commercial leadership.
  • Assist in preparation of target customer lists and solicitation targets for sales managers proactive sales tactics.
  • Update and maintain brand forms, proposals, and contracts as merge documents in Salesforce FDC and Sales Lead Channels (Cvent, MeetingBroker).
  • Assist Revenue Management in maintaining group room blocks and straight-line availability
  • Maintain and update Salesforce FDC records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Turn bookings tentative, definite, and cancelled in system following standards – all sections of Delphi booking match contract and have accurate revenue projections for all operating departments accurate forecasting.
  • Assist with user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with IT and Salesforce admins to resolve technical issues and support enhancements
  • Assign leads to sales managers, catering sales or restaurant sales.
  • Assist in system training for Delphi property users.
  • Assist in training operating departments on Delphi use.
