Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician in Gastonia, NC to mount, dismount, and repair tires for heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will service diesel and gasoline trucks and coordinate with the Service Manager on job status and paperwork.

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking skilled tire technicians to repair and maintain tire and wheel related needs for heavy duty trucks and trailers (multiple locations hiring). The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, at least 1 years of tire experience (mount/dismount various sizes and types of tires - preferably commercial), a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive by company standards
• 1+ years tire experience (strong preference for commercial and heavy duty tire)
• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and high level of attention to detail
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Ability to work a rotating, on call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts
• Pass background check and drug screen
