Job summary

Pavilion Construction in El Paso, TX is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site operations, coordinate trades, and keep the project on schedule and on budget. You will partner with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to drive progress safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates lead from the front, communicate milestones clearly, and produce daily reports while maintaining site safety.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams.
• Experience reviewing schematic drawings and translating them into weekly/monthly plans.
• Strong communication of milestones, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ability to run safety meetings and enforce safety protocols across trades.
• Experience creating daily site reports and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure submittals are current.
• Keep the project on schedule and on budget through proactive coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced construction environments.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team culture.

As a Commercial Superintendent, you hold a supervisory role for the on-site day to day operations of the project. The superintendent is responsible for field coordination of every aspect of the project and holds the keys to scheduling, making sure each trade is on schedule and on budget.
