SPX Technologies is seeking a Commercial Strategy Intern to support data analysis, process standardization, and strategic reporting. You will help monitor market trends, build performance metrics, and provide insights that influence product decisions.

The role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional teams, mentorship from senior leaders, and a hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote days within a dynamic engineering and business environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Teams and Zoom.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsabilités

• Document, analyze, and capture the pricing process to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Product Management Processes: Standardize and document processes to support consistent execution and alignment across teams.
• Market Monitoring: Track key market indicators and develop regular reports to inform decision‑making and strategy.
• Performance Modeling and Dashboards: Create models and dashboards to analyze product performance, enabling data‑driven business strategies.
