Come join the General Mills Snacks operating unit as a Commercial Spend & Media Analytics Associate Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering measurement and analytics insights to guide commercial investment decisions across the Bars, Fruit Snacks & Pizza Rolls businesses. You will partner closely with internal and external measurement partners on all aspects from data collection to results delivery, as well as with marketing and brand teams and external media agencies in the application of insights to generate demand.
This role is central to driving the continued brand building of iconic food brands such as Nature Valley, Totino's, and Gushers - unlocking growth through differential decisions & analytics. We are looking for a solution-oriented Associate Manger with strong business acumen in translating marketing analytics/modeled results into insight for decision making and advancing the application of measurement capabilities at General Mills.

The salary range for this position is $93,700.00 - $156,300.00 / Annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
