Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service and grow commercial sales while coordinating orders and logistics. The role blends customer service, sales support, and delivery coordination with opportunities for advancement within the department.

You will assist commercial customers, manage orders, ensure accurate billing, and support in-store and field activities. Strong communication and bilingual ability are highly valued.

• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
