Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service, grow commercial sales, and coordinate orders and deliveries in Pontiac, MI. You’ll blend customer service, sales support, and logistics to keep the department moving.

You’ll engage with commercial customers, manage product selection, billing, inventory and on-time deliveries, and may lead the team in the manager’s absence. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
