Job summary

AutoZone in Belpre, OH is hiring a Commercial Specialist to support our commercial sales and service operations. You will drive WOW customer service, assist with product selection, manage orders, and ensure on-time deliveries while coordinating logistics.

You’ll engage with commercial customers, build relationships during visits, and promote a safe, compliant work environment. Prior experience in automotive retail or sales is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
Handle returns and accident procedures according to company policy.
Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
