Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Position Summary The Commercial Services Specialist II (Inside Administrator) provides administrative and operational support for commercial consignment accounts, auction sales processes, and internal departments. This position serves as a key liaison between commercial clients, dealership personnel, auction operations, and corporate partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle inventory, documentation, account maintenance, and customer service activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced auction environment.
Office-based environment within an automotive auction facility. Frequent interaction with clients, dealers, and auction personnel. Extended periods of computer and phone usage. Occasional overtime may be required based on auction schedules and business needs.
A successful Commercial Services Specialist II: Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. Consistently meets documentation and reporting deadlines. Reduces processing errors and account discrepancies. Demonstrates strong partnership with commercial clients and internal stakeholders. Supports efficient auction operations and revenue growth through excellent administrative execution.
