Midland States Bank is seeking a Commercial Services Relationship Specialist in Dixon, Illinois. You will support Relationship Managers, prepare for client interactions, and coordinate internal resources to grow commercial relationships.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services, strong communication, and a desire to advance into a CSRM role. Occasional travel and office-based collaboration are expected.
At Midland States Bank, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of short‑term incentives (i.e. bonus and/or commission) and may include long‑term incentives (i.e. stock awards). The Commercial Services Relationship Specialist supports the Bank's commercial client service efforts by assisting Relationship Managers in servicing and growing commercial relationships. This position plays a key role in preparing for client interactions, coordinating internal resources, and learning the fundamentals of commercial relationship management through hands‑on experience. While not directly responsible for managing a portfolio or meeting revenue goals, the specialist will actively contribute to team success and prepare for future progression into a Commercial Services Relationship Manager (CSRM) role.
