Job summary

K & B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Las Vegas, Nevada, is hiring Commercial Door Technician Trainees to support installation and service of commercial doors and related products in the surrounding area.

The position emphasizes safety, lifting up to 100 pounds, and driving responsibilities while gaining hands-on experience with high-speed, rolling, and sectional doors. Training provided; previous trades experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred for handling doors and hardware.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and/ or install a wide range of commercial doors and dock hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

K & B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada is hiring Commercial Door Technician Trainees for commercial doors and door related products and the surrounding areas. If you have experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment or any similarly skilled trades in the commercial construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Repair and/or install a wide range of commercial doors and dock hardware, including but not limited to rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors and dock levelers/equipment
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record
