Job summary

Castle Services of Ithaca LLC seeks a Commercial Cleaner capable of independent, detail-oriented work to maintain routine cleaning for client offices and buildings. You will organize and restock the work vehicle and storage areas, and assist with daily laundry.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, operating standard cleaning equipment, and ensuring security at the end of shifts. Competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have cleaning experience and an eye for detail.
• Commercial cleaner responsible for maintaining detailed routine cleaning for clients' offices and buildings.
• Daily organization and restocking of work vehicle and storage areas; assist with office laundry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of client businesses.
• Adhere to company policies and training protocols.
• Report and notify manager of repairs to equipment and tools.
• Report concerns from clients to customer care line.
• Load and unload vehicle for work.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens; wipe glass surfaces.
• Clean glass doors, panels and edging.
• Dust windowsills, countertops, baseboards, rails and ledges.
• Operate cleaning machines and equipment such as vacuums, mops, bucketless mop, brushes, carpet extractors and steamers.
• Use standard cleaning products from dispensers and storage.
• Remove trash and recycling; secure buildings on completion.
• Perform other related duties; site inspections before leaving.

We are looking to hire a cleaner who can work independently and efficiently. As our Ideal candidate, you should have cleaning experience and an eye for detail. As a Commercial cleaner you're responsible for maintaining very detailed routine cleaning for our clients' offices and commercial buildings, maintaining organized and restocked work vehicle, storage areas, cleaning tools and equipment and helping with office laundry daily.

Hours include Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday:

Full Time: 5pm - 1:30am or Part Time: 5pm - 9pm

Weekend extras as needed:

Saturday 10-2pm

Responsibilities:

• You will maintain the cleanliness and safety of our clients' businesses
• Adhere to all company policies and training protocols.
• Report and notify manager of repairs to equipment and tools
• Report any concerns or questions from our clients to our customer care line
• Load and unload vehicle for work
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, wiping down all glass
• Cleaning glass doors, panels and edging
• Dusting windowsills, countertops, chair base, side rails and edges and ledges
• Operate standard cleaning machines and equipment: - various vacuum cleaners, mop and bucket, bucketless mop, broom, glass cleaning tools, high dusters, carpet extractor, and steamers.
• Use standard cleaning products from our dispenser and office storage
• Remove trash and recycling and place in designated areas upon client request
• Lock and secure buildings at completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Inspection before leaving job site
