Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking a Commercial Service Plumber for long-term work in Chandler, AZ. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems, reading blueprints and coordinating with HVAC/electrical teams while following codes and safety standards.

You should have at least 5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience, be skilled with line inspection cameras, and possess a valid driver’s license. Arizona license is preferred but not required.

• Experience with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras.
• Arizona plumbing license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
• Use cameras to inspect lines and identify issues; perform drain cleaning as needed.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on domestic water, sanitary systems, gas piping, water heaters, pumps and backflow devices.
• Read blueprints and system schematics; coordinate with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated systems.
• Document all work with repairs, parts used, and customer communications; ensure compliance with codes and safety.
