Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our team in the Atlanta area. You will service commercial properties, diagnose complex plumbing issues, complete repairs, and support installations with a focus on safety and high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years plumbing service experience preferred; 5+ years in commercial plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, piping, drainage and water distribution.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial facility issues.
• Familiarity with commercial water heaters, sewer systems, drain cleaning and installations.
• Ability to operate plumbing diagnostic equipment and excavation machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial plumbing systems and equipment.
• Install, service and repair water heaters, tankless heaters, water lines and drainage systems.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer inspections and system diagnostics.

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing systems, service repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and preventative maintenance.

This role involves servicing commercial properties, diagnosing complex plumbing issues, completing repairs, and supporting plumbing projects throughout the Atlanta area. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, communicating professionally with customers and facility representatives, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Qualified technicians will receive a company vehicle, fuel card, cell phone, and tablet. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems and equipment.
• Install, service, and repair commercial water heaters, tankless water heaters, water supply lines, sewer lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform commercial drain cleaning, sewer inspections, and plumbing system diagnostics.
• Operate specialized equipment, including mini-excavators, backhoes, jetters, sewer cameras, pipe locators, and recirculation pumps.
• Identify system failures and recommend effective, long-term repair solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and plumbing specifications.
• Complete service calls, maintenance work, repairs, and installations at commercial buildings and facilities.
• Communicate repair findings, service recommendations, and project updates to customers and facility managers.
• Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and material usage records.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in professional working condition.
• Respond to emergency service requests and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, contractors, and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate plumbing diagnostic equipment and excavation machinery.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work in commercial buildings, mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, rooftops, and active construction environments.

Work Schedule
