Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Service Electrician to support our Southern California service department.

You will diagnose, repair, and install commercial electrical systems, perform service calls, and handle 24/7 emergency support for commercial facilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial electrical service or construction, strong customer service skills, and the ability to document work orders thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial electrical experience in service or construction roles.
• Proficient English communication for reports and emails.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle background check.
• Able to follow OSHA and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and communicate findings to customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems for retail, grocery, and convenience stores.
• Read schematics, panel schedules, and wiring diagrams to identify components and issues.
• Service, repair, and replace lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, and related components.
• Install and repair conduit, raceways, junction boxes, and cabling as needed.
• Diagnose and repair motor controls, contactors, relays, and control components.
• Submit complete service documentation with photos and material usage.
• Drive company vehicles and maintain tools and equipment.
