Callaghan's Best One Tire & Service seeks a Commercial Manager to oversee the Bradenton commercial tire operation, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage the service center efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial tire center to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the commercial tire sector.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize product availability.
• Handle all transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within the automotive or tire industry.
• Successful management of financial and budgetary components.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.

Compensation

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
