Job summary

EMR is seeking a Commercial Scale Clerk at our Becker, MN site to be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and offering general administrative support. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00am–5:00pm.

Compensation starts at $19+ per hour with overtime; annual income projection of $50,000–$55,000+ with overtime, plus PTO, nine paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical and dental

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks and materials, issue tickets, and process payments.
• Verify materials and coordinate with yard staff.
• Provide prompt, helpful support to meet customer needs.
