Best-One Tire & Service in Wichita is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who thrives on winning new business and delivering results. This role demands five or more years of outside sales experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

You will negotiate contracts, build client relationships, and coordinate with operations to implement new business while traveling locally to meet customers.

• Five (5) or more years of outside sales, business development, or commercial account management experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate customer needs and sell company products and services.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial tire and fleet management customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while protecting the Company's financial interests.
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Store Managers, and Service teams to ensure successful implementation of new business.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Protect the Company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional business relationships.
• Deliver tires to customers as needed.
• Requires frequent local travel.

What You'll Do As a Commercial Sales Representative

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs
