Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and grow pest control services for commercial accounts across California. You’ll build leads, network with businesses, and drive revenue through a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of prior sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Branch II Field Representative license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and sales by telemarketing, referrals, networking and targeted lists.
• Engage with restaurants, hotels, grocers and large facilities to generate new business.
• Maintain customer relationships and contribute to ongoing pest control programs.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representative to obtain, develop and generate sales leads. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Develop leads and sales by creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations (some of which we are members), working targeted lists (restaurants, hotels, motels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartment houses, office property management firms, manufacturing, health facilities and other large businesses) and networking groups while attending meetings.

• First‑year earning range $70,000 - $80,000, based on performance.
• Our sales compensation plans are designed to reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top‑performing Sales Representatives in the area frequently earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives.
• Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior sales experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board, which must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
