Job summary

Mahaney, a Tecta America Company, is seeking an entry-level Services Technician to assist with roof leak investigations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You will work with experienced teammates to develop roofing skills and deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service on commercial projects.

Responsibilities include diagnosing leaks, documenting work, and supporting a preventative maintenance program while following safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow all safety policies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt new skills.
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, agility test, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leaks and roofing deficiencies accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs across a wide range of commercial roofing systems.
• Support Preventative Maintenance Program with inspections and minor repairs.
• Document work with clear photos and notes using mobile apps.
• Assist foreman with service calls and daily job prep.
• Communicate professionally with customers on site.
• Maintain safety standards and operate tools safely.
• Participate in daily production meetings and training.
