Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The role covers maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems, with an hourly range of $20–$33 (not including prevailing wage).

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of commercial roofing experience, can work outdoors in diverse weather, and follow OSHA safety regulations. Benefits include 401K with company match, pension, health insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Operate tools safely and follow OSHA and site regulations.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors and colleagues.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and meet physical demands.
