Job summary

Tremco seeks experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team in Pennsylvania. You’ll handle maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems, using BUR, EPDM, and other low-slope solutions in a range of weather conditions.

This role pays $20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage) with benefits such as 401K match, pension, health insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation of commercial roofing systems preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply, and coatings.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety standards on site.
• Work outdoors in varied weather and meet physical demands.
• Climb ladders and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and crew.
