Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team in a role focused on maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems. You will work outdoors, install BUR/EPDM/single-ply/ coatings, and follow stringent safety rules.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in commercial roofing, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. This position is full-time and on-site with Tremco.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience; 1 year preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background check per company standards.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope systems).
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety practices on site.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and meet physical demands.
• Climb and operate ladders; lift at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and Tremco teammates.
